Hi! I'm Ricey, a multidisciplinary artist working across embroidery, ceramics, painting, and more. My work comes from daily life: motherhood, memory, and the space between my Chinese heritage and American upbringing.

Making is meditative for me. It's how I slow down and process what I can't always say in words. Color is usually where it starts. I gravitate toward it as a way to express feeling before I even know what the piece is about.
