Story: Inspired by my grandmother’s beloved banana crush drink which was always the star at family gatherings. These embroideries explore memory and lineage. Drawing on Chinese embroidery techniques and motifs, the work threads personal recollection into a broader cultural continuity, using stitch and surface to reconnect with and reinterpret my Chinese heritage.
