Description: hand embroidered thread, merino wool on canvas, 2022
Story: Inspired by a week‑long overlanding road trip through Colorado’s backcountry, this piece was sewn with wool found at thrift stores, inspired by the landscape and my love of bread. Drawing on Chinese embroidery and motifs, the work weaves personal recollection into a broader cultural continuity, using stitch and surface to reconnect with and reinterpret my Chinese heritage.

Comes with a certificate of authenticity
Free shipping in the U.S. only. International collectors please contact me for more information before purchase.
